Retailers:
I provide all clients with my cell phone in case they need to contact me. When I contact the customer I call as “Mark from (your company name)”. At Craftsmen we are fervently committed to promoting your company with excellence. To that end, we also require all our employees to be uniformed and in our company vehicles. Your image is our highest concern.
- Client contact with 24 hours of receiving the Work Invoice.
- Snail-mail contact card sent to client if 3 calls fail.
- Daily service log provided to your customer service, which includes:
- Date Invoice received,
- Client’s name,
- Date called,
- Date and time of service.
- Before & After Photos.
- Photos of manufacturer sticker or any indentificatying info.
- Dye lot match mailed the next day along with Client invoice.

MOVING CLAIMS
We will contact the client within 24 hours or the next business day of receiving the work order.
I will let you know the date and time of the service calls
Photos taken:
- Of the piece,
- Of the damage,
- Of the manufacturer info (if available),
- The cost of the repair (if repairable by CFS).
24 hour turn around (the adjuster will have all our information the next business day), the adjuster will have the estimate. We will notify on our reports if the damage is pre-existing.
